As part of our services, we offer a range of Will-based Trusts, including Discretionary Trusts, Flexible Life Interest Trusts, Life Interest Trusts, Vulnerable Person Trusts, and Business Property Relief Trusts. During our consultation with you, we will assess your individual circumstances and discuss whether any of these trusts would be appropriate for your estate planning needs.
The addition of these trusts to your Will would typically increase the cost by £200-£400, depending on your specific requirements. Additionally, we are happy to discuss payment plans and storage options for your important estate planning documents, ensuring that you have peace of mind regarding the security and accessibility of your legal affairs.
Power Of Attorney
There are two types of LPAs. There is a health and welfare LPA and a property and financial affairs LPA. The first type allows your attorney to make decisions regarding health and treatment etc. and the second is to make decisions regarding your business.
Our service includes preparing the documents, arranging the signing, submitting them for registration and monitoring them through the process. Once registered, the LPAs will be sent to you for storage. Alternatively, you will be able to store the documents in our storage facilities if you are signed up for the storage and amendments service.

Furthermore, as part of our commitment to providing comprehensive estate planning services, we will register your Will on the National Will register, giving you peace of mind knowing that your wishes are securely documented and easily accessible when needed.
